Programs On-Line: Les Mills:Body Step,Pump,Flow,Combat,Attack

Les Mills Body Training Systems offer fun and excitement in physical exercise while providing structured workouts with specific training effects. BTS programs cater to different needs in exercise pace and intensity with pre-choreographed moves to a selection of great music. Classes are for 10 weeks starting Oct 9th. MEMBERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO REGISTER UNLESS THERE IS A FEE. Member internet sign up starts on Sept 18th. Member phone or in person starts on Sept 21st. Non-Member sign up starts on Sept 28th phone or in person @ 9am, but our Early Bird ONLINE ONLY registration starts Sept 25th for Non-Members. No refunds after the session has started.

Body Attack/CX Worx

 ***NEW***   Get it done in this one hour class that gives you all the benefits of the sports inspired cardio workout of Body Attack coupled with the core defining CX Worx.

 

Body Combat

·The Workout with Punch! A high-energy cardiovascular training class that combines moves from a wide range of martial arts disciplines. Body Combat allows you to punch and kick your way to increased fitness levels. This class improves fat burning potential, muscle coordination, strength, flexibility and agility. Body Combat is suitable for anyone who wants a challenging and athletic class. (Level: All, 1 hour class)

 

Body Pump

·The original barbell class. This athletic-based workout uses barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the body. It strengthens, tones and defines like nothing else can. (Level: All, 1 hour class)

 

Body Pump Express

The original barbell class. This athletic-based workout uses barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the body. It strengthens, tones and defines like nothing else can. (Level: All, 45 min. class)

 

Body Step

·This is a step class with all the muscle, but without the dance. A simple, athletic workout that will shape and tone your entire lower body and push your fat burning system into high gear. (Level: All, 1 hour class.)
