Programs On-Line: Group Fitness Classes

Classes are for 10 weeks starting March 18th. MEMBERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO REGISTER UNLESS THERE IS A FEE.  Member internet sign up starts on Feb 25th. Member phone or in person starts on Feb 28th.  Non-Member sign up starts on March 7th phone or in person @ 9am, but our Early Bird ONLINE ONLY registration starts March 4th for Non-Members. ***No refunds after the session has started.***

LES MILLS GRIT

 30 minute high intensity interval training. GRIT will push you to your max and beyond.  Get up close and personal allention of small group/team training with your coach right down on the floor with you, motivating you and the team.  You won't believe how hard you can work out. 

 

**NEW** ZUMBA STRONG

 High intensity Boot Camp style class that syncs music to movements.

 

All Abs

 Abdominal Back Strengthening...workout is specifically designed to strenghten the muscles to promote better posture, core strength & balance.

 

Chisel

 Incorporate resistance & weight training with high reps.   Take sculpting to the next level; chisel the cuts into your body.

 

Dancing Like the Stars

 Get all the benefits of an aerobic dance workout while learning the basic steps and techniques to all the popular ballroom dances.

 

Fusion Fit

 This ever changing workout is a calorie burner.  Using a blend of strength, cardio and core.

 

LES MILLS CX WORX

 A short snap workout that hones in on the sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body.  Ideal for tightening your tummy and butt.

 

LES MILLS SPRINT

 High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) workout using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.  The payoff is you burn calories for hours after.

 

Sculpt

 Sculpt and tone the muscles in your upper and lower body..  Weights,tubing,Body Bars and stability balls are used for a resistance-training workout.

 

Sports Circuit

 This class consists of resistance, cardiovascular and sports specific drills.

 

TRX Cardio Strength Circuit

 This sports workout incorporates TRX. Kettlebell and body weight for ultimate results.

 

Zumba

 This class fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.
