Programs On-Line: Group Fitness Classes

The Club at Woodbridge presents a class schedule with the latest in group fitness programs.(Including TRX and ZUMBA) Our studios are equipped with suspended wood flooring for your safety and comfort. All of our instructors are nationally certified and create an inviting, fun and energized atmosphere in every class. Classes are for 10 weeks starting March 19th. MEMBERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO REGISTER UNLESS THERE IS A FEE. Member internet sign up starts on Feb 26th. Member phone or in person starts on March 1st. Non-Member sign up starts on March 8th, phone or in person @ 9am, but our Early Bird ONLINE ONLY registration starts March 5th for non-members. No refunds after the session has started.

30 minute high intensity interval training.  GRIT will push you to your max and beyond.  Get up close and personal attention of small group/team training with your coach right down on the floor with you, motivating you and the team.  You won't believe how hard you can workout.
(Member must purchase a 10 class card at front desk)

 High Intensity Internal Training (HIIT)  Workout using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.  The payoff is you burn calories for hours after.

 This ever changing workout is a calorie burner.  Using a blend of strength, cardio and core.   (Level: All   1hr)


**NEW** TRX Cardio Strength Circut

 This sports inspired workout incorporates TRX, Kettlebell and body weight for ultimate results.   (Level Intermmediate   45min)


All Abs

·Abdominal Back Strengthening....This concentrated workout is specifically designed to strengthen the abdominal and back muscles to promote better posture, core strength & balance. (Level: All, 30 minute class)


Body Attack

 The sports inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina.


Boot Camp

This class can help you get out of an exercise slump or add a new challenge to your current exercise routine. You can burn calories quickly and tone virtually every muscle group in your body. The class will train indoors at The Club at Woodbridge and outdoors at various locations. (Level: All, 1 hour class)



·This sculpting class brings the phrase FEEL THE BURN to life. It incorporates resistance & weight training with high reps. Take sculpting to the next level, chisel the cuts into your body. (Level: All, 1 hour class)



A short snap workout that hones in on the sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. Ideal for tightening your tummy and butt.


Dancing Like the Stars-The Workout

Get all the benefits of an aerobic workout while learning the basic steps and techniques to all the popular Ballroom Dances. No partner necessary. Break a sweat & have fun!! (Level: All, 1 hour class)



·Sculpt and tone the muscles in your upper and lower body. Weights, tubing, body bars, and stability balls are used for a fantastic resistance-training workout. (Level: All, 1 hour class)


Strong By Zumba

 High intensity Boot Camp style class that syncs music to movements.  All levels


TRX Suspension Class

Suspension workouts consist of either hanging the legs or leaning back while gripping the straps and then performing a variety of moves. The beauty of suspension training is that you can't help but to engage your core to steady yourself. The TRX helps to strengthen the muscles synergistically, rather than in isolation. TRX works every part of your body in 50 minutes, especially your core. This is the quickest way to get a cardio & muscle workout in less than an hour. You can sweat as much in a TRX class as you can in a spin class. ****Please note**** Members will have to sign up for this class at the front desk a half hour before the class starts or you can reserve one class (one day a week) per session for $25.00



This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away!! 1 hour All levels welcome.
