Programs On-Line: RPM & SPINNING

Our indoor cycling program is the most comprehensive mental and physical training program ever developed. Classes are taught by certified instructors. Classes are for 10 weeks starting March 19th. INTRO classes are 1/2 hour & full Spinning and RPM classes are for 1 hour. Bring bottled water & towel. MEMBERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO REGISTER but there is a sign-up sheet at the front desk a half hour before the class starts. Member internet sign up starts on Feb 26th. Member phone or in person starts on March 1st. Non-Member sign up starts on March 8th phone or in person @ 9am, but our Early Bird ONLINE ONLY registration starts March 5th for Non-Members. No refunds after the session has started.

Intro to SPIN

The perfect introduction to our cycling program. Learn the proper setup of your bike, riding techniques, and the best way to maximize your workout.    (Level: All, 30 minute class)

 

RPM

This pre-choreographed, instructor-led indoor cycling class is just like a cup of coffee from Starbucks, always great with a slightly different venue!
(Level: All, 1 hour class

 

Spinning

·This free-style, high-energy indoor cycling class integrates music, camaraderie and visualization. Focus on endurance, strength, heart rate, and just plain fun! Water bottle & towel required. (Level: All, 1 hour class)
